IOMC Conference Portal |
|
The conference portal has two rooms for presentations. According to the conference schedule, it has been identified which presentations should be done in each room. |
|
|
|
Although 30 minute time is allocated to each presentation, however, the presenter should finish his/her presentation in 15-20 minutes and puts 5 minutes for Question and Answer (Q&A) session. |
|
|
|
Because access to presentation in each room is done through one specific link, we ask each presenter to access conference portal room through that link only during his/her presentation. In other cases, he/she should use the participants link to access the conference portal. Please pay close attention to this fact, otherwise you might interrupt the whole program. |

Showing your PowerPoint |
| To show your PowerPoint is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Follow the following Three steps to broadcast your PowerPoint to the participants: |

Step 1 |
| Open your PowerPoint file on your computer and then click on the "Begin sharing your desktop" icon which has been illustrated in the picture below: |

| In the box that opens, select your PowerPoint file, tick "Show in Presentation Mode" and then click ok! |
|

Step 3 |

You're done! The PowerPoint presentation file opens beside your main page and it van be viewed by all participants. You cam shift between slides by selcting your desired slide in teh PowerPoint program. |
