Each registration fee for the conference is applied for certain countries as classified by World Bank Economic Categories as follows:

Countries	Normal Registration Fee
Category A	150 US Dollar
Category B	120 US Dollar
Category C	90 US Dollar
Category D	60 US Dollar

Notice 1: All article authors have to register in order to have their paper published in the conference proceedings, and other conference materials.

Notice 2: Deadline for registration payment is: March 01, 2008
